Responsibilities
- Build and manage a personal consulting book targeting $3M+ annual revenue through new business and account expansion
- Oversee delivery of complex, multi-site consulting engagements (EHS, operational excellence, industrial hygiene, permitting, circularity)
- Scope, price, and propose multi-year programs with clear ROI and payback for clients and Triumvirate
- Manage engagement economics: staffing, utilization, scope control, and margin performance
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with VP/C-level EHS, operations, quality, and facilities leaders
- Collaborate with embedded field sales and account teams to convert on-site intelligence into consulting opportunities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting staff and contribute to standardized methodologies and templates
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute thought leadership via publications and presentations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
