Director of Revenue Operations

Splitero is a mission-driven fintech/proptech startup building products to help homeowners access home equity without traditional monthly payments. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Revenue Operations to own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, design scalable processes and systems, and deliver clear analytics and forecasting that drive faster lead-to-funding outcomes and improved revenue productivity.

Skills

  • Advanced Salesforce configuration, architecture, and reporting expertise
  • Forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity modeling experience
  • Strong analytics and dashboard design (turning data into actionable recommendations)
  • Experience with modern GTM tech stacks including sales engagement and telephony tools
  • Proven ability to build processes, drive adoption, and operationalize repeatable workflows
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and executive-level stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute revenue strategy, forecasting methodology, and capacity models aligned to growth targets
  • Own end-to-end funnel performance from lead to funding, defining stages, SLAs, and conversion benchmarks
  • Design and implement scalable processes to remove bottlenecks and improve lead-to-origination velocity
  • Establish unified KPI framework and own pipeline reporting, funnel analytics, and executive dashboards
  • Optimize and scale GTM tech stack (CRM, engagement tools, telephony), ensuring data integrity and governance
  • Operationalize sales processes, cadences, and enablement frameworks to boost rep productivity and accountability
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Executive leadership to align systems and metrics

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
