- Professional experience in C/C++ or Python development
- Hands-on experience with radio test equipment (VNA, VSG, VSA, spectrum analyzers)
- Professional RF experience with antennas or communication systems
- Ability to design and automate RF test sequences and infrastructure
- Familiarity with electromagnetic simulation and RF measurement concepts
Responsibilities
- Drive program-level decisions on RF system designs
- Research and propose novel solutions for large-scale satellite RF systems
- Design, build, validate, and automate RF test benches for full characterization of custom RF designs
- Develop modular, scalable RF test infrastructure and automation sequences in Python and C++
- Collaborate closely with hardware, FPGA, DSP, and software engineers for system validation
- Create electromagnetic simulation models to evaluate hardware performance
- Operate and integrate RF lab equipment (VNA, VSG, VSA, spectrum analyzers, load-pull, power meters, oscilloscopes)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related engineering discipline
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline preferred
