Responsibilities
- Own global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for assigned hardware products to convert devices into active paying customers
- Analyze KPIs including active subscribers, network utilization, produce-to-activate latency, inventory turnover, and hardware unit economics
- Develop complex S&OP models and decision-making tools to inform strategy
- Translate analysis into hardware mix strategy to accelerate adoption, maximize LTV, and minimize working capital
- Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting against geographic network capacity constraints
- Drive resource planning for hardware ramps and sunset plans with Hardware & Manufacturing Engineering
- Enable rapid go-to-market execution post-licensing/certification to ensure zero-latency deployment
- Identify, track, and execute business initiatives to improve Starlink’s operational trajectory and present recommendations to leadership
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or other quantitative field (required)
- Quantitative dual degree in engineering and economics/business or equivalent experience (preferred)
