Smilebrands loves to promote within. I have been in dental for over 30 years. When I first came to SB, I was an EDDA (dental assistant) ready to make a change. I started out as a specialty manager, and after 3 years moved into one of the largest offices as the OM. I was given many tools to help myself become a top manager. These skills not only helped me professionally but personally. After 5 years as an OM, I was promoted to the sales positon I am in now. I absolutely love it, I get to interact with our team members, as well as potential future patients. I had no idea when I was a DA, that there would be such an amazing future for me. Being in private practice, the most I could hope for was to be a lead assistant, or manager, but with Smile Brands, there are so many opportunities for growth. I'm celebrating my 17th year, and proud to say I am looking forward to many more.Cons
