What You’ll Do 

You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every customer. Opportunities may include: 

  • Front Desk Support – Welcome customers, manage check-ins, and create a personalized first impression  
  • Customer Intake & Coordination – Guide customers through onboarding steps, gather information, and ensure a smooth experience in their program 
  • Customer Care Coach – Assist with hands-on services engaging customers in positivity work, goal setting, life skills, etc. 
  • Team Support & Leadership Development – Help support daily operations, step into different responsibilities, and assist customers in reaching their goals
