Customer Experience Manager, Front Office Consulting

Ridgeline is an industry cloud platform for investment management seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead and grow a high-performing Front Office Consulting practice. The role owns delivery of end-to-end SaaS implementations across trading, portfolio management, and compliance workflows, champions modern tooling and AI, and ensures exceptional client outcomes while scaling consulting operations.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in front office workflows: trading, portfolio management, compliance monitoring
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations
  • 3+ years managing consulting or professional services teams
  • Strong portfolio management, forecasting, and resource planning skills
  • Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication
  • Practical experience using AI tools and guiding responsible AI adoption
  • Ability to travel domestically (~25–30%) and work without US sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of front office functional consultants delivering enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementation workstreams across trading, portfolio management, compliance, and post-trade
  • Define and enforce functional delivery standards, configuration practices, and reusable workflow templates
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Technical Consulting, Data Migration, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization management within the consulting organization
  • Analyze delivery metrics and feedback to improve predictability and customer outcomes
  • Champion and operationalize responsible AI and modern tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude) to enhance requirements gathering and documentation
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on workflow design and implementation sequencing
  • Step in hands-on to support critical milestones or complex deployment issues as needed

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
  • CFA designation considered a strong plus
  • Continuing education or certifications in project/portfolio management or cloud technologies is beneficial
