Prosper has a good culture and the CEO and executive team are good at communicating a clear direction for the company and being transparent. The engineering department is making good progress at reducing technical debt. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow as a software engineer with interesting problems to solve. The company is profitable and has so far avoided layoffs despite uncertainty with the economy.Cons
