Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer deployments, assessing infrastructure, security, and operational requirements
- Design and execute deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments
- Deploy and validate Kubernetes-based platform components and troubleshoot complex deployment issues
- Use and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Crossplane, Terraform, Helm) to provision and manage environments
- Collaborate with customer technical teams and internal product/platform teams to ensure successful adoption
- Gather customer feedback and translate requirements into platform improvements and priorities
- Coach and empower colleagues on deployment best practices and standards
- Document deployment processes, runbooks, and post-deployment validation reports
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CKA, cloud certifications) are a plus
