UX/UI Graphic Designer for a DTC E-Commerce Brand (US-based, Remote)

We’re looking for a UX/UI Graphic Designer with strong Figma expertise to help elevate our brand’s online presence and optimize the customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

This role blends conversion-focused UX/UI design with high-quality visual design, ideal for someone who understands both aesthetics and performance in an eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize high-converting landing pages, social media, and ads.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma.
  • Improve user experience (UX) across the website to increase conversion rates.
  • Design email creatives, ad assets, and promotional graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency across platforms.
  • Analyze performance data and iterate designs based on conversion metrics and user behavior
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI and graphic design in DTC eCommerce, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, product pages, and conversion-focused design
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Ability to balance creative vision with performance-driven design.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Knowledge of responsive design practices for email and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fully remote work setup with flexible hours aligned to U.S. time zones
