We're looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our paid and organic growth efforts. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and product—owning the strategies that bring new users to the platform and keep our growth engine running. This role is ideal for someone who is obsessed with performance metrics, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited by the rapidly evolving world of sports and prediction markets.
Paid Acquisition
Own and manage paid media campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks
Allocate and optimize budget to maximize user growth and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Develop and iterate on creative strategy in partnership with design and content teams
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations
Organic & Lifecycle Growth
Identify and scale organic acquisition channels including SEO, content, referral, and partnerships
Work closely with the product team to optimize onboarding flows and improve activation rates
Develop and test referral and incentive programs to drive word-of-mouth growth
Analyze the full funnel from impression to engaged user and identify areas for improvement
Analytics & Reporting
Define, track, and report on key acquisition KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and install-to-registration rates
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to give real-time visibility into channel performance
Conduct cohort analyses and A/B tests to continuously improve acquisition efficiency
Partner with the data team to ensure accurate attribution and measurement across all channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work alongside product, engineering, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with platform capabilities and business goals
Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies
Data-driven. You live in dashboards and spreadsheets. Every decision you make is grounded in numbers.
Creative and strategic. You can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to write a compelling ad brief.
Interested in sports. You follow games, understand fan culture, and get excited about the sports prediction space—or you're eager to dive in.
Entrepreneurial. You're comfortable owning a function with limited oversight and building processes from the ground up.
A strong communicator. You can distill complex performance data into clear narratives for any audience.
Comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field from a competitive program
At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing
Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI
Deep familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python experience is a plus
Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch

Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO)
Experience managing agency relationships or in-house creative teams
Background in lifecycle marketing or CRM tools
Salary: $140,000 – $250,000 base, commensurate with experience
Location: FiDi, New York City — in-person or hybrid arrangements available
