Account Executive, Consultant Relations

Omada Health is a digital care company focused on chronic condition management that partners with employers, health plans, and health systems. They are seeking an experienced consultant-relations Account Executive to grow Omada's presence through consultant and broker channels by developing strategic partnerships, driving opportunity generation, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to support revenue and retention goals.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of employer benefits and benefits consulting
  • Proven relationship development and account management skills
  • Sales strategy and opportunity generation experience
  • Data analytics and dashboarding for partner evaluation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and independently
  • Comfort with ~20-30% travel

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic consultant/broker relationship initiatives to drive new revenue and deepen existing partnerships
  • Identify, engage, and prioritize potential consultant partners and verticals across firms
  • Drive opportunity generation in partnership with sales and customer success teams
  • Serve as liaison to B2B marketing to shape messaging and enable consultant-targeted campaigns
  • Analyze consultant books of business, maintain dashboards/scorecards, and track consultant-related sales activity
  • Present Omada solutions to consultant stakeholders and represent Omada at industry events
  • Support internal stakeholders (sales, product, legal, finance) to enable consultant engagement and improve retention

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Continuing professional development in benefits, sales, or analytics preferred
