We are seeking a Sr Manager, Global SEO / AEO to lead how nVent is discovered across global digital channels. Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing Technology, this new role sits at the intersection of marketing, platforms, and performance, where success depends on an ability to influence, teach and transform key organizational decision makers. You’ll work across global teams to align priorities and shape how search operates at scale in a highly matrixed, enterprise environment.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
