Associate, Affiliate Growth (Work from home)

NeueHealth is a value-driven healthcare company focused on expanding access to coordinated, high-quality care through owned clinics and affiliated provider partnerships across ACA, Medicare, and Medicaid markets. The Associate, Affiliate Growth will support business development and provider recruitment efforts—owning pipeline generation, outreach, and deal support—to expand NeueHealth’s network of value-based contracts.

Skills

  • Market research and competitive analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within assigned region
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Support market research, competitive analysis, and pipeline tracking for new growth opportunities across Medicare ACOs, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and ACA
  • Generate and qualify provider leads using public and internal databases and at industry events
  • Prepare outreach materials, one-pagers, pitch decks, and RFP responses for prospective providers
  • Conduct site visits, calls, and emails to engage physicians and communicate NeueHealth’s value proposition
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for business development pipeline and deal status
  • Assist with financial forecasts, incentive alignment structures, and partner proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams during diligence, contracting, and onboarding phases
  • Support affiliate leadership in tracking growth initiatives and standardizing BD tools and templates

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public health, healthcare administration, or related field
