Mirantis helps organizations achieve digital self-determination by giving them full control over their strategic infrastructure. We combine intelligent automation with deep cloud-native expertise to help enterprises build, operate, and scale modern platforms—from data center to edge.
Our clients include some of the world’s most innovative enterprises, and increasingly rely on us to deliver not only cloud platforms, but also AI-driven and data-centric solutions that transform how they operate.
The Role
We’re looking for a client-facing Project Manager who can lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary initiatives across cloud, platform, and AI domains.
This is not a traditional project coordination role. You will operate as a delivery leader and trusted advisor, working directly with clients to shape, guide, and execute high-impact programs - often in fast-evolving and ambiguous environments.
You’ll partner closely with engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business goals into executable plans, while ensuring delivery excellence and long-term customer success.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and AI/data initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding them through complex technical programs
Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, aligning stakeholders across client and internal teams
Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks to drive execution
Manage delivery in iterative and evolving environments, especially for projects where scope and outcomes may develop over time
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive practical, outcome-oriented resolutions
Ensure strong financial and commercial management of projects, including scope control, change management, and margin awareness
Facilitate clear, concise communication across all levels, including executive stakeholders
Contribute to account growth by identifying follow-on opportunities and helping shape new engagements
Continuously improve delivery practices, bringing structure where needed while maintaining flexibility for innovation
What You Bring
5+ years of experience managing client-facing technical projects in a professional services or consulting environment
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with distributed teams
Strong client presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor
Solid technical fluency - you can “speak engineering” and understand how systems are built, even if you’re not hands-on
Experience working in cloud-native environments (e.g., Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems)
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, especially where solutions are being defined in parallel with delivery
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset - you focus on delivering value, not just managing tasks
Comfort managing projects where success is iterative and hypothesis-driven, rather than fully predefined
Nice to Have
Experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, or similar infrastructure platforms
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with proposal development or pre-sales support
Familiarity with modern delivery tools and agile methodologies
Experience delivering or supporting AI/ML, data platform, or automation projects
Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, data pipelines, model lifecycle, or experimentation workflows
Comfort managing projects where success is iterative and hypothesis driven, not necessarily pre-determined
What Success Looks Like
Clients view you as a trusted partner, not just a project manager
Projects are delivered with high quality, strong client satisfaction, and clear business outcomes
You effectively bridge business goals and technical execution
You help expand engagements through credible delivery and proactive insight
You bring structure without slowing down innovation—especially in AI-driven work
