The Region Sales Manager for the Southern California and Nevada Territory will work under the general direction of the Tyler Pipe Director of Sales. This role involves establishing both themselves and the McWane Plumbing Group in the cast iron and coupling market by directing, maintaining, and growing our contractor and distributor base. By building meaningful business relationships with industry contractors, wholesalers, and distributors, the sales professional will gather important market information and provide quality customer service in support of sales, profitability goals, and technical issues for the assigned territory.
