Director of Sales, Home Appliance

LG Electronics is a global technology leader with a diverse portfolio including Home Appliance Solutions. The Director of Sales — Home Appliances will lead LG's Best Buy channel within the Home Solutions organization, driving revenue growth, owning sales strategy and forecasting, and managing a regional sales team to execute go-to-market plans and strengthen customer relationships.

Skills

  • Proven sales leadership and team development experience
  • Strategic account management and national retail account experience
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • P&L management, forecasting and budgeting expertise
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and finance
  • Customer-focused retail channel expertise and category analysis

Responsibilities

  • Lead and directly manage a regional and vertical sales team responsible for Best Buy accounts and territories
  • Own and exceed annual sales targets across assigned accounts and territories
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level customer relationships with Best Buy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure flawless execution
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate deals to articulate compelling value propositions
  • Analyze category performance, competitive landscape, and customer trends to inform strategy
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and account P&L for assigned accounts
  • Monitor tactical execution including promotions and budget allocation; identify risks and opportunities

Education

  • GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Master's degree preferred
