Minimum Qualifications:
Experience working with trademarks, licensing, brand management, or intellectual property compliance
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review creative assets for brand and licensing compliance
Ability to interpret and apply contract language related to licensing agreements
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in collegiate licensing, retail merchandising, or brand compliance
Familiarity with licensing agencies such as CLC (Collegiate Licensing Company) or similar organizations
Knowledge of royalty structures, licensing agreements, and vendor management
Understanding of NIL regulations and their impact on licensing and sponsorship activities
Experience working with licensed merchandise programs or university bookstores/retail partners
