Hey there! I’m Emily from PaleoHacks!.
Whether it's paleo or keto, we create practical tools like cookbooks, meal plans, and bite-sized daily tips that help folks feel their best.
Over the years, we've reached millions of people online, and it’s been an amazing ride.
We’re a small, remote team of 16 full-time people working from all over the world.
Even though we run five brands, we stay super focused, creative, and collaborative.
Lately, we’ve been investing more in better performance design and improving our funnels - because great ideas deserve great execution. If you care about making things that matter and want to work with a supportive team, you’ll feel right at home here.
We’re looking for a Full‑Stack E-commerce Developer who loves building clean, high‑performing sales funnels, landing pages, and custom-coded experiences.
You’ll work across front‑end, back‑end, and server environments, helping us build, optimize, and maintain the funnels that power our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable working across multiple systems and hosting setups.
This is not a WordPress role - we need someone experienced with custom coding, not plugin‑based development.
In this role, you will:
🛠️ Slice and code sales pages based on Figma designs
🔧 Build and maintain sales funnels using PHP, custom CMS, and headless systems
🌐Develop landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Next.js
🧪Create and run split tests, QA pages, and debug issues
📦 Support product setup & integrations (SKUs, fulfillment, email triggers)
🛠️Work across multiple server environments (legacy virtual servers, VPS, Shopify)
🤖 Use AI‑assisted development workflows (Claude, AI agents, code assistants)
This is a full-time role with flexible hours - work when you're most productive, but we do require overlap with the US time zone between 10am to 2pm ET
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
✅ 4+ years of experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end)
✅ Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, PHP
✅ Experience with JavaScript / Node.js (with Next.js)
✅ Ability to work with custom-coded systems (not plugin‑based)
✅ Understanding of server environments and deployments
✅ Comfortable working across front‑end + back‑end + server logic
✅ Detail-oriented and highly organized
✅ AI-focus (development with the use of AI)
Brownie points for:
⭐ Backend development experience
⭐ Experience with Shopify, Sticky.io or similar headless ecommerce platforms
⭐ Familiarity with CRO and performance tracking software
You're someone who loves solving problems, takes feedback well, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. You’re motivated, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced remote setup.
You don’t need to be micromanaged - you take initiative, communicate clearly, and make things happen.
What’s in it for you?
💰 $3,000–$4,500 per month*
🕘 Full-time & fully remote
🌴 Paid holidays
🤒 Paid sick days off
*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
