Accountabilities:
  • Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to clearly communicate customer benefits
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Translate product functionality into compelling narratives for marketing campaigns and sales conversations
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, and messaging frameworks
  • Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy and positioning
  • Identify customer personas, ideal customer profiles, and key buying drivers
  • Support product adoption and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve activation, engagement, and retention
  • Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and recommend improvements for growth
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring insights influence product and marketing decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles within B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Strong ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and translate complex products into customer value
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and influence without direct authority
  • Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
