Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This role is a strategic, high-impact opportunity for a senior marketing professional to shape and scale global partner marketing programs within a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS environment. You will be responsible for building and executing joint go-to-market strategies that deepen partner engagement and accelerate revenue growth. Acting as a key connector between internal teams and external partners, you will translate business objectives into scalable marketing initiatives that drive measurable pipeline impact. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multi-channel demand generation programs. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and alliance teams to ensure alignment across all partner initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building ecosystem-driven growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute global partner marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and product priorities.
  • Design and implement joint demand generation programs including campaigns, webinars, events, and co-branded content initiatives.
  • Identify and activate high-value co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners such as ISVs, system integrators, and resellers.
  • Manage partner marketing budgets, including MDF allocation, while tracking ROI and optimizing performance outcomes.
  • Build scalable partner enablement materials such as toolkits, playbooks, and campaign frameworks to support partner success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Alliances to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and deliver insights on pipeline contribution, engagement, and partner ROI.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all partner-facing marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing, with a strong focus on partner or ecosystem marketing.
  • Proven ability to design and scale partner-led demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital campaigns, events, and content syndication.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance, pipeline attribution, and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills without direct authority.
  • Adaptability and comfort operating in evolving, high-growth SaaS organizations.
