The position leads a dispersed sales organization across the Western region, shaping strategy, performance, and execution in a highly competitive market. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on market engagement, particularly with brokers, consultants, and distribution partners. The role plays a key part in strengthening enterprise sales alignment, improving retention, and expanding new business opportunities. It also focuses on building a high-performance sales culture grounded in accountability, coaching, and collaboration. Operating in a dynamic and evolving benefits landscape, the role requires strong market insight and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
