Director of Product Management – Digital Marketing & Automotive Insights

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Product Management – Digital Marketing & Automotive Insights in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of data-driven marketing products with a focus on automotive insights, audience analytics, and loyalty measurement. You will guide a portfolio of products that help OEMs, lenders, dealers, and digital marketers better understand consumer behavior, optimize targeting, and drive impactful business decisions. The position combines strategic vision, product leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, data-rich environment. You will work closely with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams while representing products externally to clients and industry partners. The ideal candidate thrives in high-impact roles, enjoys mentoring teams, and has deep expertise in automotive data, digital marketing technology, and analytics solutions.


Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the strategic product roadmap for automotive marketing analytics, loyalty studies, and audience solutions
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs to inform long-term product vision
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, UX, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, high-performing products
  • Ensure solutions incorporate accurate automotive data, segmentation models, loyalty measurement methodologies, and omnichannel audience workflows
  • Engage with automotive OEMs, dealerships, and marketing agencies to gather feedback, translate it into actionable requirements, and present solutions externally
  • Mentor product managers and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, cross-functional alignment, and innovation
  • Align product success metrics with revenue growth, customer retention, engagement, and market expansion

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep experience in the automotive industry (OEM, dealership, aftermarket, or auto data)
  • Strong background in digital marketing technologies, including AdTech, martech, audience segmentation, DSPs, CDPs, and media activation
  • Experience building data, analytics, or research products that leverage automotive statistics, loyalty metrics, or consumer insights
  • Demonstrated ability to define product requirements, map customer journeys, and manage complex technical roadmaps
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and analytics teams
  • Preferred: experience with automotive loyalty modeling, retention/conquest analysis, market share measurement, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, DPPA), APIs, identity resolution, or large-scale consumer datasets
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or data analytics is a plus
