What Will You Do?
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Recruiting Coordinator who can keep our hiring pipeline moving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys checklists, fast turnarounds, and clear communication. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while helping us build efficient hiring processes.
Your responsibilities include:
Interview Scheduling:
• Coordinate Zoom/Google Meet & in-person calendars across time zones
• Manage scheduling logistics between candidates and interviewers
• Send confirmations, reminders, and feedback requests
• Ensure interviewers have scorecards and candidate info
Initial Screening
• Review incoming résumés against role scorecards
ATS Management & Hygiene
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
• Ensure candidates are moved through stages correctly and consistently
• Remind interviewers to submit timely feedback
• Conduct daily reviews of candidates to ensure no one is “stuck” in process
Source & attract talent
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities to identify passive talent
• Add prospects to our ATS (Ashby) with clean notes and tags
Collaborate with hiring teams
• Gather feedback quickly, flag bottlenecks, and suggest process tweaks to improve speed
and quality of hire.
• Proactively share updates on candidate progress, scheduling, and bottlenecks
• Flag risks or delays early to keep hiring processes moving
