Responsibilities
- Own territory P&L performance and drive year-over-year revenue and hours growth
- Implement and execute metric-driven operating playbooks across sales, recruiting, and care delivery
- Coach, hire, and develop frontline and local leadership to sustain performance and culture
- Manage day-to-day field operations and resource allocation to ensure consistent service delivery
- Use data and dashboards to diagnose performance issues and translate insights into action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test initiatives and scale successful market experiments
- Standardize reporting and ensure data accuracy within the territory
- Build and maintain local referral and community partnerships to increase lead generation and conversions
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in business, healthcare, operations, or related fields are a plus
