Responsibilities
- Analyze franchise performance data and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and care quality
- Lead structured business reviews and translate insights into measurable goals and accountable action plans
- Coach franchise leadership to strengthen decision-making, execution discipline, and leadership capability
- Drive adoption of systems, tools, and operational processes to increase consistency and visibility across the network
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams to align initiatives, pilot strategies, and surface field insights
- Deliver candid feedback, manage conflict, and protect long-term brand health while supporting owner success
- Manage a book of franchisees (~65% of time engaged directly), maintain calendar autonomy, and travel occasionally for regional and annual events
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, Business Analytics or similar) preferred
