Responsibilities
- Manage assigned product initiatives end-to-end: requirements, prioritization, implementation, launch, and BAU enhancements.
- Act as Product Owner for sprint teams: write and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog grooming, and stakeholder signoffs.
- Partner with CTO, VP Engineering, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to prototype and deliver product features.
- Define success criteria, KPIs, and metrics; track product performance and iterate based on data.
- Elicit, organize, translate, and validate business and functional requirements for technical teams.
- Coordinate level-of-effort estimates, resourcing needs, and communicate priorities to the Project Prioritization Committee.
- Develop and execute verification and validation test plans and production operational acceptance testing.
- Triage and prioritize bugs/issues and coordinate remediation with engineering and operations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications a plus
