Technical & Competitive Sales Solutions Manager

Figma is a collaborative design platform helping teams take ideas to product — from brainstorming and prototyping to translating designs into code and iterating with AI. The Technical & Competitive Sales Solutions Manager will define technical narratives, translate competitive intelligence into differentiated positioning, and create field-ready assets that drive pipeline and revenue across priority segments.

Skills

  • Strong competitive intelligence and market research skills
  • Experience developing technical positioning and product narratives
  • Analytical rigor and ability to synthesize multi-source data
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and GTM strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated technical messaging and positioning aligned to Figma’s sales narrative across product, design, and engineering workflows
  • Collect and synthesize multi-source competitive and buyer intelligence to surface actionable trends and market dynamics
  • Create high-impact assets (architectures, battlecards, objection-handling frameworks, customer-facing materials, segment guides)
  • Establish scalable intake channels and frameworks for distributing competitive and buyer insights across product and GTM stakeholders
  • Partner with product to funnel buyer feedback into roadmap conversations and identify opportunities to increase differentiation and product-market fit
  • Enable sales leadership and field teams with training, playbooks, and tools that improve win rates and drive revenue

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical or business degree preferred but not required
