What You’ll Do
Act Like an Owner: Take initiative in leading the store's sales efforts, actively participate on the selling floor, and drive meaningful impact through strategic sales and business development.
Create Clarity: Set clear expectations for staff, communicate openly about sales targets and strategies, and inspire confidence through regular meetings and individual development plans.
Empower Teams: Trust and support your team by providing comprehensive training programs, fostering a collaborative work environment, and encouraging the exchange of ideas. Empower team to provide the best customer service and handle complex issues.
Challenge Conventions: Innovate by implementing creative in-store marketing and promotional activities, adapting sales strategies to the local trading environment, and seeking new possibilities for customer engagement.
Succeed Together: Foster collaboration within the team, celebrate shared achievements, and act as a local brand ambassador to build strong relationships within the community.
The salary range for the position is $145,000 - 150,000K USD + Bonus + Commission.
