We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Tech Lead to join our technology team. In this pivotal role, you will be part of the integration cell, responsible for handling integrations with various platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and VTEX. You will lead the development of payment connectors and web applications, collaborating closely with designers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Lead the full stack development team in delivering high-value solutions using Agile methodologies.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Application Development:

Design and develop high-quality web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Collaborate with designers and other developers to create engaging and effective user interfaces.

Feature Implementation:

Drive the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing applications.

Integration Management:

Oversee the integration of various services and APIs, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality across platforms.

Maintenance and Optimization:

Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance as needed.

Project Planning and Execution:

Collaborate in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding code quality standards.

Research and Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools, evaluating and integrating them into the development process to improve products and workflows.

Requirements

-Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with significant leadership experience.

-Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React, as well as back-end technologies like Golang.

-Functional knowledge of AWS with a focus on application development.

-Experience with integrations in areas such as payments, e-commerce, fraud detection, or analytics.

-Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.

-Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.

-Creative and efficient problem-solving abilities.

-Knowledge of Agile development practices and methodologies.

-Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
