Senior Full Stack Engineer, Creator Recruit

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Creator Tools team. You will play a key role in enhancing the user experience and building scalable solutions to support our growing platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with frontend frameworks, a solid understanding of backend development, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of features, contributing to the overall architecture, and maintaining a high standard of code quality.

The Creator Tools team builds everything that creators interact with across our platform—which means your work will directly influence the lives and livelihoods of the creators who use our tools to earn money, sustain their lifestyles, and build their businesses.

From payments, social authentication, and e-commerce to campaign workflows and everything in between, we power the end-to-end creator experience. Every feature you build and every improvement you ship brings us closer to delivering a seamless, intuitive, and empowering platform that helps creators grow and get paid with confidence.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain user-friendly interfaces and features that deliver an exceptional creator experience.

• Contribute to frontend architecture and system design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term performance.

• Build the tools and workflows that creators rely on to authenticate, run campaigns, manage their businesses, and get paid.

• Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and screen sizes, delivering a seamless experience for creators on the go.

• Build and style components using JoyUI and other modern CSS frameworks to ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability.

• Work across the stack to integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs, ensuring stable, reliable interactions throughout the platform.

• Implement effective testing strategies, ensuring high coverage across both frontend and backend components—including unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests.

• Participate in code reviews, providing thoughtful, constructive feedback to maintain best practices and elevate code quality.

• Partner closely with product, design, and backend engineering to shape the future of Creator Tools and influence key architectural decisions.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements that move us toward a modern, cohesive creator experience.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, 2+ years of experience in Typescript, Node, and React

• Expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using JoyUI, with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

• Solid experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest) to ensure quality and reliability.

• Familiarity with building secure, scalable applications, with a focus on performance and responsiveness.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.

• Proficiency with version control (Git) and agile development practices.

• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architecture is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.
