Influencer Marketing
• Identify, vet, and reach out to relevant influencers across social platforms aligned with our brand and creator audience
• Negotiate partnerships, manage contracts, and maintain ongoing influencer relationships
• Track campaign performance (impressions, reach, engagement, conversions) and iterate based on data • Stay ahead of influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform shifts
Creator Campaigns & Contests
• Develop and manage creator contests — including prize structures, submission guidelines, and winner selection — to drive user-generated content on our platform
• Build scalable systems for running recurring creator campaigns that encourage creators to produce
AI-generated content using our tools
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product and design to support campaign needs
• Explore new approaches to community-driven growth beyond contests (challenges, collabs, ambassador programs, etc.)
Organic Social Media
• Own our brand voice and content calendar across Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
• Create and publish engaging written and visual content tailored to each platform
• Grow our following organically through consistent posting, community engagement, and trend-aware content
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on results
YouTube Content
• Produce and manage a consistent cadence of video content for our YouTube channel
• Develop content ideas showcasing our platform's capabilities, creator success stories, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content
• Script, coordinate production, and publish video content — comfortable being scrappy with a startup budget
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for discoverability
Good to have:
Strong written and visual communication skills — you can write a punchy caption and a compelling brief

Non-negotiable Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or content creation — ideally in a tech or creator-economy company
• Proven track record of running influencer campaigns and growing organic social audiences
• Experience creating content for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Industry/Tools Experience:
AI, creative tools, or creator platforms
