We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for Citizen’s enterprise platform, helping define how organizations monitor, understand, and respond to real-world safety events.
Enterprise represents a major opportunity for Citizen. As organizations increasingly rely on real-time data and AI-driven tools to manage safety and security, this role will help shape how Citizen’s platform evolves to support complex operational environments — from corporate security teams and campuses to cities and large institutions.
As the first product leader focused on enterprise, you will play a foundational role in defining the long-term direction of Citizen’s enterprise offering. You’ll develop a deep understanding of enterprise safety workflows, identify high-impact opportunities at the intersection of public safety, enterprise security, AI, and real-time data, and translate those insights into a clear product strategy and roadmap.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and company leadership to bring new enterprise capabilities to market and ensure Citizen’s platform becomes an increasingly valuable operational tool for organizations.

Guide cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Operations) to bring enterprise capabilities from concept through launch.
Evaluate strategic partnerships and integrations that expand Citizen’s enterprise safety ecosystem.
