If so, Circle Logistics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who's ready to grow with us—learning the full recruitment process and helping us build a high-performing workforce that lives our values.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll support our hiring efforts by helping attract, engage, and hire great talent across the organization. Here's what you'll be doing:

 

  • Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help develop clear job requirements
  • Write and refine job descriptions that highlight both the role's responsibilities and our company culture
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates
  • Search for talent across job boards, social media, referral networks, and professional events
  • Create outreach messages that encourage candidates to apply and engage with us
  • Review resumes and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Assess candidates for relevant skills, experience, and alignment with our company values
  • Support offer preparation and participate in salary discussions under guidance from leadership
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires have a welcoming onboarding experience
  • Help promote Circle Logistics as a great place to work through various channels
  • Stay informed about recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve your skills

 

Qualifications

 

  • Need: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (no recruiting experience necessary—we'll train you!)
  • Need: Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
  • Need: A genuine passion for connecting with people and helping them find the right opportunities
  • Preferred: Familiarity with social media platforms, job boards, or basic recruiting tools (or eagerness to quickly learn them)
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
  • Preferred: Any experience in customer service, sales, event planning, or team leadership roles that demonstrate your interpersonal skills
