The PSCC and PSCCG Account Managers work on our inside Sales Contact Center sales team receiving inbound andmaking outbound phone calls associated with selling technology products and services to our customers. The AccountManager’s primary duty and responsibility is toexecute onall sales opportunities related to our partner programs, whileproviding an unmatched customer experience toall ofCDW’s new and existing customers.

Whatyou’lldo 

  • • Outbound calling to potential andestablishedcustomers everyday 
  • •Establishingand growing relationships with key account decision makers 
  • • Closing sales and overcoming customer objections 
  • • Positioning CDW and partner solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers’long termneeds 
  • • Provide sales and service to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls 
  • • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and ensure other performance goals are met 
  • • Selladditionalservices or products by recognizing opportunities to upsell solutions 
  • • Proactively manage personal quote pipeline to ensure CDW gains everypossible sales opportunity
  • • Proactively call out to customers when needed forservice relatedmatters 
  • • Acts as the first point of contact forassistancewith product info, order placement, and general inquiries 
  • regardingcompany programs 
  • •Demonstrateability to close sales and overcome customer objections 
  • • Maintain CDW’s values and Philosophies of Success 

What we expect from you 

  • • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • • 1 year of call center experience 
  • • 1 year of sales experience
  • • Strong interest in sales
  • • Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • • Proven ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment
  • • Proven ability to providetimelysolutions, as customer issues must be resolved quickly and efficiently
  • • Strong organization skills

Hourly compensation $18.00 and this role is full time, and you will be expected to work at least 40 hours/week. Overtime may be required. The position is eligible for overtime pay.

Eligible for an annual bonus of up to $20,000 subject to terms and conditions of plan.
