BlueDot Cares is a Charlotte-based senior care company building the dominant home care and senior placement brand in the Carolinas. We run a dual-service model — in-home non-medical care and senior living placement — under one roof, which means 2x the revenue per family relationship of any single-service competitor. We're scaling from one market to 100 over the next decade. Chapel Hill/Durham is the next flagship territory. You're joining early.
The Opportunity
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work out of our Charlotte headquarters (1816 Lyndhurst Ave) and cover three markets — Charlotte, Chapel Hill, and Durham — by phone, email, and mail. You will run two parallel plays:
Trusted Advisor Outbound — build and nurture a book of referral partners (elder law attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, geriatric care managers, hospital discharge planners, hospice liaisons, senior living sales directors). You get their families a warm, professional resource; they get peace of mind that their clients are taken care of.
Digital Lead Desk — work the inbound home care leads from A Place for Mom and the inbound home care and placement leads from Google. These leads are time-sensitive — speed and empathy win the family. (APFM placement leads are routed to field advisors, not this desk.)
You will not be cold-sourcing lists. Our Clay.com operation delivers you a curated, enriched target list with phone numbers, email addresses, practice focus, and conversation hooks. You call, you log, you follow up.
What You'll Do — Daily
Outbound dialing via Dialpad — call the trusted advisor list Clay delivers to your queue each morning. Target: 40–60 dials/day.
Work inbound digital leads — APFM home care leads and Google home care + placement leads. First-touch within 5 minutes of lead drop. Qualify, book the consult, or convert to a home care start or placement.
Log everything in Zoho CRM — every call, every email, every note, every next step. If it's not in Zoho, it didn't happen.
Hand-off to field advisors — when a trusted advisor's client needs an in-home assessment or community tour, you warm-transfer to the local Senior Care Advisor or Placement Advisor.
What You'll Do — Weekly / Bi-Weekly
Literature drops — send referral partners physical and digital drip collateral (dementia care guides, essentiALZ® caregiver certification info, VA benefits one-pagers, home care and placement service overviews). Weekly for priority accounts, bi-weekly for the long tail.
Pipeline hygiene — every Friday, clean your Zoho pipeline, update next-action dates, and surface accounts that have gone cold.
Territory reviews — 1:1 with Tri Smith (Operations Manager) to review activity, pipeline, and conversion by territory.

Who You Are
2+ years of inside sales, B2B phone sales, or healthcare referral coordination. Senior living, home care, hospice, or home health experience is a strong plus but not required.
Phone-first operator. You are comfortable dialing 40–60 times a day and love the craft of a good first call.
CRM-disciplined. You don't cut corners on data entry. You've worked in Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Emotionally intelligent. Our families are in crisis. Our advisors are protective of their clients. You earn trust fast.
Coachable and metrics-driven. You want to know the score and you want to beat it.
Organized. You can run dozens of concurrent account conversations without dropping a follow-up.
Professional presence on the phone. Clear, warm, and confident. No scripts-being-read energy.
Builder's mindset. You want to be early at a company going from 1 to 100 — not employee #400 at a legacy agency. You want your fingerprints on the system, not just a seat in it.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the Charlotte office.
Compensation
$50,000 base salary + uncapped straight commission.
~$95,000 OTE at Month 4 on digital leads alone ($50K base + $36K home care commissions + $18K placement commissions).
$110,000+ OTE realistic with trusted advisor overrides ($200/home care start, $250/placement move from advisor channel).
No quota thresholds, no tiered kickers, no ramp guarantee — simple, uncapped commission on every productive start and confirmed move.
Commissions paid monthly on the 15th for the prior month's qualifying production.
