Specialty Sales Representative - Chapel Hill, NC

ARS Pharmaceuticals is a fast-growing biotech focused on transforming treatment for severe allergic reactions with neffy®, the first FDA-approved needle-free epinephrine product. They are seeking a territory-based Specialty Sales Representative to drive brand awareness and product adoption through relationship-driven education, account strategy, and cross-functional collaboration within the Chapel Hill, NC territory.

Skills

  • Proven relationship-building and influencing skills with healthcare stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and follow through in a fast-paced launch environment
  • Comfort using CRM systems and sales technologies
  • Business acumen to identify and act on territory insights
  • Willingness to travel within territory and to conferences/meetings

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute focused territory and account plans to prioritize high-impact opportunities
  • Deliver balanced, compliant product and disease-state education in-person and virtually
  • Build and maintain relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, nurses, and other stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams to support patient access, navigate payer dynamics, and remove barriers
  • Document activity and maintain accurate CRM records while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Credentialing eligibility for access to healthcare facilities
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record
