Full Stack Software Engineer - Fleet Connect
Skills
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript; experience with both is preferred.
- Frontend development experience with React or a comparable modern framework.
- Backend experience with REST APIs, service-oriented architectures, and messaging patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data modeling for telemetry and history.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment/CI-CD practices.
- Competence with Git and collaborative development workflows; experience with testing (unit/integration).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend features for fleet management, robot operations, and monitoring workflows.
- Build dashboards and integrations that surface robot state, job progress, system health, and operational metrics in real time.
- Implement and maintain backend APIs, data flows, and storage patterns for fleet telemetry, job history, and reporting.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into polished, responsive operator interfaces with cross-functional partners.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, debugging, and iterative improvements based on feedback.
- Collaborate with software, systems, hardware, and deployment teams to deliver reliable production features.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years professional full-time experience building and maintaining reliable software systems.
