We are a well-funded deep tech company headquartered in Northern Virginia, with a satellite office in San Francisco and London, building a suite of autonomous software reliability and testing products. Our team is collaborative, highly technical, and customer focused. We prioritize the long-term in our structure, our products, and our relationships. As we scale, we are looking for an organized and proactive Office / Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
In this hybrid role, you will keep our San Francisco office running smoothly while gaining hands-on exposure to marketing activities. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day office needs and will also support our marketing efforts, especially around events, specifically, our meetups which we hold once a month in our office. As a growing startup with the San Francisco office being relatively new, there may be other tasks that may be assigned to you. If you like supporting and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, this may be a perfect fit for you.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Enjoys coordinating people, spaces, and events
Is curious about marketing and wants to build real-world experience
Likes working in a collaborative, startup-like environment
You’ll work closely with Operations and Marketing, giving you visibility into how both functions support a growing tech company.

Help manage conference/Zoom room setups for meetings and interviews.
Support basic onboarding logistics for new employees (desk setup, welcome materials, office introductions, etc.).
This role is a great entry point if you’re excited to get hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing and operations. You’ll jump in wherever needed to help bring our office events and brand to life, while building the foundation to grow into a more specialized role over time.
Help plan and support monthly marketing and community events hosted in our office (meetups, small workshops, etc.).
Assist with event logistics: invitations, RSVPs, name tags, materials, and day-of coordination.

We see this role as a launchpad. As you get up to speed, you’ll have the opportunity to lean into the areas that excite you most and take on more ownership.
