- Mechanical design using CAD (NX or SolidWorks)
- Experience with ordnance/munitions systems and ordnance testing
- Data acquisition and test data analysis

- Ability to obtain and hold U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel for testing (up to ~25% surge)
Responsibilities
- Design warheads and complex ordnance/munitions systems and transition them from prototype to production
- Rapidly produce high-fidelity prototype parts for range effectiveness testing
- Plan and manage arena and system testing end-to-end, including test planning, design of experiments, and safety
- Collect and analyze test data from ground, flight, and UNDEX tests and capture test video
- Assemble, disassemble, and handle explosive test articles and precision targets per safety protocols
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation (specs, test procedures, technical reports, drawings)
Education
- BS or higher in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering discipline
- Documentation of relevant testing and design coursework or experience
- Eligibility to obtain U.S. Top Secret clearance
