Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through AUV integration, test, verification, demonstration, and sustainment.
- Ensure programs meet requirements, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Own technical outcomes: manage incident response, after-action, and performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, and risk registers; manage changes across project life cycles.
- Support contract management including SOWs, change orders, financial tracking, terms, and deliverables.
- Execute autonomously on broad or ambiguous client requirements and act as a trusted partner to engineering teams.
- Engage with international customers and represent technical aspects of the Maritime portfolio.
- Plan and lead formal test events, generate test plans, coordinate resources and logistics, and lead offshore test deployments.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in systems engineering or a related technical field (required).
- Additional advanced degree in engineering or relevant field (preferred, not required).
