Job Description:

Provides direct employee management and assists with hiring, retaining, and developing teams and individuals; is responsible for motivating and mentoring a team of strategic, data-driven marketers to support AdventHealth business strategies. Leads the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned service lines and/or dedicated markets/care communities within assigned region. Develops and maintains meaningful physician relationships and creates effective physician marketing strategies, including traditional and digital initiatives to drive physician referrals; collaborates with the appropriate teams on physician-to-physician marketing strategies; and/or provides effective market opportunities for lectures and events, and community relationships. Manages and oversees websites related to the area of focus for updates or development; collaborates with the digital strategy team assuring best practices and implementing effective online and social media strategies to drive volume and engagement. Works collaboratively with the creative team, providing clear objectives and goals, with timely feedback and reasonable deadlines for the development of effective deliverables. Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring that execution of national and local brand is consistently maintained across all areas to establish/improve overall awareness and perception; plans and executes health fairs and community events; negotiates and activates community sponsorships; and/or effectively manages community relationships, affiliations, and area partnerships. Effectively manages service line/market-specific budgets, ensuring timely reporting and fiscal responsibility; completes projects and produces materials and/or events within established budget and time parameters. Coordinates with the research team to develop market analysis and market research and obtains competitor, consumer, and/or physician knowledge to develop effective marketing plans, setting goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met. Monitors patient volume, market share, online engagement, and brand preference; implements tracking mechanisms on marketing initiatives to show success and reconcile return on investment. • Ability to work independently utilizing effective problem-solving skills to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, seeking senior marketing leadership for guidance and support as needed.
• Proven management experience and advanced organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to meet objectives and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Intermediate knowledge and skills to effectively manage integrated marketing programs, to include: marketing planning; volume driving strategies; creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; digital and social media; development of media stories, effective project management, event planning; community sponsorships and outreach, and research analysis.
• Effective collaborator able to drive accelerated results through sharing of ideas and building strong cross- and inter-departmental relationships with executives, staff, physicians, and/or community partners.
• Strong presentation and writing/story-telling skills.
• Sound critical thinker with the ability to analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy in order to make strategic decisions and recommendations that produce measurable results.
• Intermediate experience in emerging digital media and technologies; proficient in social media platforms.
• Demonstrates proven ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy.
• Consistent and effective project management and organization skills with continued focus on professional development.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Track record of developing and managing fully-integrated marketing initiatives, with proven results.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management and staff; must be able to read, write and speak conversational English.
• Effective interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and high volume of work within deadline.
• Ability to manage teams comprised of individuals with various degrees of knowledge; ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong background in writing and editing.
• Must be a solid strategic thinker and planner. Uses data to determine the strategy (why) before determining the objectives (what) and the tactics (how).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a good copywriter and editor with working knowledge of AP writing style.
• Must have strong presentation skills for various audiences, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilities.
• Customer / client oriented conversational and speaking style.
• Ability to balance and perform market and business analysis, strategic planning, program management, budget management; ability to deploy, implement and measure effectiveness (ROI) of marketing programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated team player, consensus builder and persuasive presenter who can work well with others using tact and diplomacy; consistently delivers high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to collaborate well with others; must be able to work in a matrix organizational structure.
• Must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times; must be hard working and ethical.
• Ability to design and oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties, including executives, employees, physicians, and consumers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and synthesize a broad set of information.
• Excellent judgment, analytical and interpersonal skills, and written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research and to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge and understanding of the general principles and practices of healthcare administration, digital marketing, and consumer experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; Ability to quickly build relationships and diplomatically negotiate common approach; Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; Experience with project management methodologies.

Education:
• Bachelor's in marketing, communications or related field [Required]

Field of Study:
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications or related field Required

Work Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing industry is required, preferably in healthcare. must have working knowledge of advertising process, including media placement and roi [Required]
• Management experience [Preferred]
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing [Preferred]

Pay Range:
