Skills
- Deep working knowledge of the ServiceNow product suite (ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps).
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, data model, and emerging features.
- Strong systems engineering and workflow/business process design skills.
- Experience creating technical designs, solution blueprints, and architecture documentation.
- Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems and evaluating OOTB vs custom approaches.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.
- Ability to provide governance and technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain ServiceNow governance frameworks, standards, and design patterns in coordination with Lead Technical Architect and Strategic Committee leaders.
- Provide systems engineering guidance and technical leadership to multiple scrum teams, ensuring designs align to governance and product ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution blueprints, and architecture documentation.
- Evaluate out-of-the-box capabilities versus custom development and recommend optimal approaches.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, using best-practice patterns.
- Map current and future-state business processes and advise on workflow and process improvements.
- Produce and maintain technical artifacts: solution designs, data models, interface specifications, and governance documentation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant platform certifications (ServiceNow, ITIL) are highly desirable.
