- Hands-on experience building Pega applications: rules, case types, integrations, and UI
- Experience translating business processes into scalable Pega designs
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD toolchains
- Experience with integrations (APIs), data modeling and databases
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Pega Platform applications to meet business and technical requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Develop application components including data models, process flows, case structures, integrations, UI, and business rules
- Apply Pega SSA best practices and guardrails in all development activities
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support code integration, deployment, and environment readiness (CI/CD)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application lifecycle
- Ensure solutions are performant, scalable, secure, and maintainable
- Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members
- Maintain clear, well-structured, and supportable technical documentation
Education
- Pega certification (CSSA) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
