Skills
- Deep expertise in browser security and Zero Trust architecture
- Strong understanding of HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and secure access patterns
- Experience building technical collateral and supporting go-to-market efforts
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for technical and executive audiences
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy and product success for Zero Trust Browser across the sales lifecycle
- Deliver executive briefings, technical workshops, and deep-dive sessions for customers
- Create technical collateral: best-practice guides, POV test plans, demo assets, and reference architectures
- Lead and support POVs, technical evaluations, and initial deployments to validate architecture and policy design
- Troubleshoot evaluations and deployment issues, coordinating with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
- Capture customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to inform product enhancements
- Act as post-sales subject matter expert to ensure successful implementation and adoption
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant technical certifications preferred (security, networking, cloud)
