Service Desk / Intune Deployment Technician
We are seeking a Service Desk / Intune Deployment Technician to support a high-volume device deployment and enrollment initiative. This individual will work closely with the internal Intune lead to assist with device provisioning, enrollment, and end-user support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and unenrollment
- Support deployment and configuration of mobile devices, including:
- iPads
- iPhones
- Android devices
- Apple devices
- Provide hands-on support for device provisioning, setup, and swaps
- Troubleshoot enrollment and access issues related to Intune and device management
- Deliver strong customer service and end-user support during device transitions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth rollout and minimal disruption
- 1–3 years of Service Desk / IT Support experience
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience supporting mobile devices across iOS, Android, and Apple ecosystems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management
- Experience with device enrollment/unenrollment processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook / Office 365

- Hands-on experience with Intune enrollment
- Experience supporting device rollout or migration projects
