Skills
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Systems administration experience with both physical and cloud environments
- Familiarity with geospatial data, geospatial tools and geospatial workflows
- Experience with monitoring, backup/recovery and system hardening
- Scripting experience (bash, Python) and basic CI familiarity
Responsibilities
- Deploy, optimize, and maintain enterprise geospatial systems, databases, tools and custom applications
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for geospatial applications and data platforms
- Maintain and optimize on-premises hardware and cloud-deployed systems (including AWS migration tasks)
- Support security accreditation activities, patching, vulnerability scans and ongoing compliance
- Manage monitoring, backup and recovery processes and system health checks
- Document system design, architecture changes, and operational procedures
- Automate operational tasks and workflows through scripting and CI tooling
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional training or certifications in systems administration, cloud, or security are beneficial
