Robert is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Director of Paid Media to lead our paid advertising efforts and optimize our digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you will analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative paid media solutions. Your leadership will be essential in managing budgets, agencies, and in-house teams to ensure the success of our paid media initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies to achieve company marketing and sales goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage paid media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the paid media team to foster growth and ensure high performance.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Paid Media or similar leadership role in digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of paid media platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience managing sizable budgets and delivering high-impact media campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
