Account Executive (1186)

ePlus is a Nasdaq-listed technology solutions provider specializing in cloud, security, data center, AI and digital infrastructure. We are seeking a Northeast-based Account Executive with a passion for tech sales and experience selling enterprise IT solutions to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and partner with OEMs and service providers.

Skills

  • Experience selling technology products and services, preferably to enterprises or service providers
  • Proven success selling to CXO and VP-level stakeholders
  • Strong ability to qualify leads, engage new markets, and close new accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Experience leveraging subject matter experts to advance complex sales cycles
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new account acquisition and revenue growth
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage leads across Tier 1–3 service providers, power co-ops, and utilities
  • Maintain and grow existing client revenues through cross-selling of ePlus core competencies
  • Establish and maintain manufacturer and partner relationships to create joint sales opportunities
  • Implement and maintain ongoing account management plans leveraging cross-functional resources
  • Provide monthly forecasts and participate in quarterly territory reviews
  • Travel locally within territory and occasional air travel as required

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in technology sales
  • Relevant technical or business coursework a plus
