Solutions Engineer
Skills
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions/sales engineering or developer advocacy)
- Deep cryptocurrency knowledge (wallets, signing flows, on-chain mechanics)
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern developer tooling (GitHub, REST APIs)
- Familiarity with cloud architecture and security best practices (AWS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup
- High technical empathy for developer customers
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in the pre-sales phase to evaluate use cases and guide technical decisions
- Design and prototype lightweight integration examples using Turnkey's APIs and SDKs
- Join technical calls to explain security architecture, enclave infrastructure, and developer workflows
- Develop integration plans and collaborate with Customer Support during implementation
- Own post-sales integration work from kickoff through go-live
- Produce customer-facing materials: sample code, diagrams, implementation guides, whitepapers
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope integrations and unblock deals
- Complete security, infrastructure, and architecture due diligence forms
- Capture technical feedback and relay product gaps to internal teams
- Improve developer experience by identifying documentation and SDK gaps
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant industry certifications or demonstrated hands-on experience preferred
- Open to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds supported by strong technical track record
